Purchasing on Approval

We understand that not everyone can make it to the gallery to view a piece that they are interested in which is why we are willing to ship some of the work to you as "Purchase on Approval".

PURCHASE ON APPROVAL
A final commitment to purchase need not be made until the art work is seen in person and approved by the purchaser. All shipments will be made in a reusable art container, allowing for convenient return, if so desired.

Prior to shipping, The Bender Gallery will process the purchaser's credit card for the amount of the purchase, including all shipping related expenses. If the purchaser elects to return the art work within five (5) days of receipt, it is simply placed back in the reusable container and returned to The Bender Gallery. Return shipping instructions and documents will be provided. Upon receipt by The Bender Gallery, the purchase price less any shipping related costs will be returned to the purchaser, excepting adjustment in the event of damage not due to shipping.
