PURCHASE ON APPROVAL
A commitment to purchase need not be made until the art work is seen in person and approved by the purchaser. All shipments will be made in an easily reusable art container, allowing for convenient return, if so desired. This is offered for a few select artists.

Prior to shipping, The Bender Gallery will process the purchaser's MasterCard, Visa or American Express charge for the amount of the purchase, including shipping and insurance costs. If the purchaser elects to return the art work within seven days of receipt, it is simply placed back in the reusable container and returned to The Bender Gallery. (Return shipping instructions and documents will be provided.) Upon receipt by The Bender Gallery, the purchase price less shipping and insurance costs will be credited to the purchaser's charge card account, excepting adjustment in the event of damage not due to shipping.
